1. Go to "Groups"

  2. Select the correct Group

  3. Scroll down and click on "Customize information architecture"

  4. Click on "Edit custom categories".

  5. Click on "Add category".

  6. Select the correct group name.

  7. Give an appropriate name to the category you want to create

  8. Click on "add" and the category will be successfully added.
