When visiting app.knowlex.be for the first time, a new user will have to create his/her personal account in order to use Knowlex.

When visiting app.knowlex.be, a user can log in to his/her personal account, giving the user access to all shared files.

Not every user has the same rights. One could be able to read, rate and comment knowledge but not create new items.

If you are the owner of an Organization, you can invite other members to participate and share knowledge.

Quickly find the document you need by typing any keyword in the search field. The search engine will look for what you need.

Uploading documents into Knowlex is fast and easy. Just drag your file, choose who to share it with, select a category and tags and done.

Find the best document by comparing the ratings given by other users. And feel proud when your document gets the highest score!
